Stehekin Creekside Cabin

We look forward to sharing our Stehekin Creekside Cabin with you.  A cabin of rustic elegance in a woodsy setting bordered by a year-round creek and natural wetlands area, away from the hub-bub of the Landing area.  Quiet and peaceful surroundings to rest and restore, or an enchanting and romantic getaway.

This cabin is two bedrooms (one queen bed downstairs, two twins upstairs), two bath home with many amenities, including microwave, full refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, fully furnished kitchen for cooking and baking (or not! because you are on vacation). If you plan on cooking in the cabin, you will need to bring all your food items, including spices and condiments.  The baking and cookware is fully furnished.  There is also a gas grill for your use outside.

 There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, with detergents provided. We provide body wash in the shower, liquid hand soap at the sinks, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and lotion, plus epsom salts for the soaking tub. 

You can also enjoy a covered and screened sun porch that overlooks the creek and wetlands area.  There is a cozy living room downstairs and a family room upstairs with a day bed for cozy movie viewing and sleeping, television and DVD player, games, puzzles, and some books.  Bring your own movies to enjoy as Netflix is not available here. However, we do have a significant private, family friendly movie collection that we are happy to share with you.

There are beach towels and a picnic pad for your time at the lake.  You might also want to bring your favorite floating tubes or toys for the lake.  

A vehicle is provided during your stay.  We will pick you up at the boat landing on the day you arrive and bring you to the cabin.  Upon your departure, we take you back to the boat landing.  There will be a mileage charge of $.70/mile.  Your first 12 miles are free.

Riding your horse(s) in?  We have room to board two to four horses on site, with hay provided and grazing available.  Please call or email to make arrangements

Have an airplane and want to fly in and stay for awhile?  We are 3/4 of a mile from the State airstrip.  Let us know what day you will arrive and we will leave our van and directions for you to bring yourself to the cabin.

• There is one very limited store in Stehekin, so you will need to bring all your food supplies, including condiments and spices, especially during winter months when there are no options for eating out.
• Internet is available if you need to check email and send messages.
• There is no cell service, but wifi phones do work.
• Please contact us and advise of the age of any children prior to making your reservation.  We prefer to limit occupancy of children to infants and children over the age of 5 due to the nature of the stairs going to the second floor being open.  A picture of the stairs is on the Accommodations page
